Depending on the specific IDT service or product you use, the categories of personal information collected may include (1) personal identifiers such as your name, address, email and payment information, (2) commercial information such as the records of the products and services you purchase and use, (3) internet or other electronic activity such as your browsing and search history and information about and on your device, (4) geolocation data (if you enable location features) such as the location of your device, and (5) inferences drawn such as a profile reflecting your preferences.

Depending on the specific IDT service or product you use, IDT and its affiliates may use your personal information for various business purposes, including (1) to provide, manage, support and improve our products and services, (2) to maintain and service your account, (3) to verify you, your account activity and your information, (4) to detect, investigate and report fraud, abuse or illegal use of our products and services or customer accounts, (5) to provide customer service, (6) to provide advertising and marketing to our customers and (7) to measure our marketing campaigns and to audit consumer interactions. IDT and its affiliates do not sell (as defined in the CCPA) or share (as defined in the CCPA) your personal information, except for National Retail Solutions, Inc. which may sell certain personal information.

Depending on the specific IDT service or product you use, the categories of sensitive personal information (as defined in the CCPA) collected may include (1) account log-in, financial account, debit card or credit card number in combination with any required security or access code, password, or credentials allowing access to an account, (2) social security, driver’s license, state identification card, or passport number and (3) precise geolocation if a user enables the location feature in one of our apps. IDT and its affiliates limit the use of your sensitive personal information to those uses which are necessary for us to perform the services and provide the goods you have requested and for other uses as authorized by the CCPA. IDT and its affiliates do not sell (as defined in the CCPA) or share (as defined in the CCPA) your sensitive personal information.

IDT retains your personal information, including your sensitive personal information, for only as long as is necessary to carry out the purposes described in our privacy policies, and we have strict review and retention policies in place to meet these obligations. We are required under certain applicable tax laws to keep your basic personal information (name, address, contact details) for a minimum of six years after which time it will be destroyed unless required to be kept for other purposes. Where you have consented to us using your details for direct marketing, we will keep such data until you notify us otherwise and/or withdraw your consent.

Under the CCPA you have privacy choices about how we use your personal information, including your sensitive personal information. California consumers can request that IDT and its affiliates (1) not sell (as defined in the CCPA) or share (as defined in the CCPA) their personal information and/or (2) limit the use and disclosure of sensitive personal information (as defined in the CCPA) to those uses which are necessary for us to perform the services and provide the goods you have requested and for other uses as authorized by the CCPA.
